Delivery

Delivery is by Courier, with an estimated time of between 5-10 working days.

Refunds and Returns Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 consecutive days, from 7 working days after dispatch by courier to the address provided at the checkout. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the printers or publishers.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • A DVD that has been opened or used.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged/incomplete, for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The speed with which the credit becomes accessible is dependent on the bank or the particular credit card and their policies.

If an approved and notified refund is not visible in a bank account or credit/debit card account, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, to see when it will become available.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If damaged in transit, the items are insured and can be re-sent upon the provision of suitable proof. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {admin@sellnet.co.nz} and send your item to: {PO Box 150, Rotorua 3040}. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail the product to PO Box 150, Rotorua 3040

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from refunds if that shipping was not pre-paid.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Notwithstanding the above, we will do our best to provide a reasonable service on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Login Information and Website Updates

This is kept confidential and is used only for communications regarding products, orders, and related information. 
Website engineers work on the site from time to time to perform software updates.
